Why it Rentprime exists.
Rentprime was created in 2026 because we were fed up with the annual service charge statement for our own lettings. We build the tool we need ourselves — focused, fast, without frills.
Our promise
We focus on one task — utility billing — and do it better than any generalist. We don't build CRM, condominium administration or bookkeeping for tax advisors. Others do that better. We do utility billing better.
Hosting & security
Core and tenant data are stored encrypted in the EU (application database in Stockholm/Sweden, compute in Frankfurt and Stockholm with providers certified to ISO 27001 — the certification applies to the hosting providers, not to Rentprime itself). Individual AI functions are processed via Anthropic or Google, safeguarded by EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC, Art. 46 UK GDPR + DPA 2018) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. TLS 1.3, AES-256, UK GDPR + DPA 2018-compliant with a data processing agreement (AVV) available.
